After you have specified your needs and conditions we can start our search. Our recruiters are specialist themselves and if required we can advise you on the profile of the ideal candidate. We search for the appropriate expert(s) with the help of our network and advanced software or we decide together with you to advertise. We screen potential candidates and send you their professional resume. After your approval we arrange the first interview between you and our candidate.

Once you approve the candidate we will specify the costs for this assignment and when you agree we will arrange the contractual documents. For the first candidate we set up a framework contract for the next candidate it will be just an additional work order. Our standard rate is 25% of the salary costs but this is subject to change depending on the actual situations such as duration and number of candidates. We will invoice monthly based on Client approved work days/hours and expense claims.

If we do not reach an agreement you do not owe us anything except for the candidates out of pockets expenses related to the interview related to meeting with you, as well as any extraordinary expenses incurred by us with your prior approval.

Triple EEE can search for candidates for you as our Client on a search and hire basis. This means that the candidate goes on your own payroll and we charge a fee based on the annual income only when we are successful.  Triple EEE recruiters are amongst the best specialist available in the market to find the right candidates because they are all Experienced with their own personal Expertise built up through long careers in Oil, Gas and Finance and have the best available tools to do so.

Our daily routine is to stay in touch with a large group of Triple EEE candidates as well as finding new available candidates on the market who fit our nominal profile, i.e. mostly more then 15 to 25 Years of Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.   

Our general fee is 25% of the annual salary including all elements but this is subject to negotiations based on the number of enquiries and the amount of our involvement in the whole process. This is all on a no cure no pay basis besides possible interview expenses for the candidate.

We have been able to assist many international major oil companies in finding the right candidates in accordance with their specifications.
